10/8/16...

Are you following me on Instagram?  WHY NOT???    Look for the teeny tiny icon on my Bio page and check it out.  I post tons of stuff there.  And SOMETIMES I get really productive with the Stories feature.  This week I posted a quick little video snap of me painting in real time.  And let's be honest here....that was pretty darn impressive to paint and do technology at the same time.  Without hurting myself.  Ha :)  Still need emoji's!

Inktober still going strong.  Yeah.....that's why you need to be following me on Instagram.  I'm posting daily!  I've gotten into this flow of get up (in the morning), walk Fred, come back and spend an hour on the porch drawing.  Then I get going for school.  It's a little different on the weekends because I'm at work so early, so those posts will be a bit later in the day. AND I started riding my bike to school this week.  Yes, trying my hardest to transition into taking better care of myself.  Actively working on de-stress therapy through riding and drawing.  So far, it seems to be working and hoping to keep it up.  Encouragement is always welcome!

I'm in the middle of Mid-Term Hurricane Hell.  One Italian Folktale exam, one oral Italian Language exam, one Italian Language written exam, one art/writing booklet for Women's Studies, one 3-4 page essay in Women's Studies, one presentation in Topics of Studio Art, plus I started on a new painting this week that is going really well - I'll be breathing again, or at least breathing easier by Friday of next week.  See the desperate need for de-stressing in my life?  Yeah.....right now is my least favorite time at school.  I don't do well with memorization then have to vomit out information.  I go blank.  Then panic.  Then start to melt-down.  It's not pretty.  

Well, since I just reminded myself of my to-do list, I'd better get a move on.  As always, do something nice for someone this week.  You just never know how much pressure they may be under in their lives.  Have a great week everyone!
